Houston Art Car Parade 2013
Costumes have become a big part of the art car parade so here are a few more people in costume. The man with the flags keeps them outside his home in the nearby Houston Heights. It seems like I get hazed by those who hate the USA every time I publish a shot of his house.
Ron dude, you still got it! 😉

I just love people with some time on their hands and no worries about appearing non-ordinary. The Panda looks like he’s really got a hand. So much time put into this…Ticos are so shy and reputations are fragile, and they seem to see no value in sticking out in such an odd duck sort of way. One of the few comic displays here is the European retirees in their Speedos…and who wants to see that ! You captured some gems here.
On my Way….

I seriously need to stop working, and getting out to these art events. If it weren’t for your blog, I wouldn’t of known there’s so much of this going on in Houston. Keep up the good work and enthusiasm.

Looks like a fun day and for the guy with all the flags, OK original, but I am sure the drag increases his fuel consumption.
